Parking Information
A maximum of TWO CARS per unit are permitted on Grandview property.
One Blue parking pass is included with your rental. One additional pass (orange) can be purchased for $50 in advance or on site at the HOA Office. Orange passes park across the street in allocated parking areas.
Place the parking pass on the dash of your vehicle to be visible to the security guard at all times. Additional vehicles can park about 200 yards diagonally across the street in a well-lit public lot (up to $12/day).
